John has more than 40 years of international experience in the oil & gas industry.  He has a history of success in field discovery and development, both as an operator and co-venturer, and in providing advice to governments/regulatory authorities, majors (IOCs & NOCs), independents, banks and service companies.  He has extensive experience in leading multicultural and multidisciplinary teams in diverse upstream projects in petroleum provinces worldwide.  Fluent in English and Portuguese.
