Victor has 40 years international experience in the oil and gas Industry.  He is a senior upstream executive having worked both on and offshore developments (conventional and unconventional resources in both clastic and carbonate reservoirs) in developed and developing countries.  He has a track record of successfully leading multicultural, multidisciplinary, teams in both non-operated (JV Governance) and directly operated ventures (and in IOCs and NOCs).  He is a passionate advocate of ensuring that the fundamantals are right,  and discipline integration.
